An introduction to my deeply powerful immersive experience.

An introduction to my deeply immersive experience.

Guided meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Conscious massage.

This experience allows the mind to give the body space, space to feel, to hold compassion and empathy for oneself.

We start with an immersive meditation, exploring the breath, slowing down the mind.

We hold tension in our bodies from our past trauma and emotional experiences, to bring these to the surface and feel them is the one and only way to gently let these things go, bringing the body and mind into proper alignment.

Our mind is a tool, a tool that we should be able to pick and put down. once put down we can fully enjoy and experience our life situations, make changes and fully learn to love ourselves once we have held that space for our younger selves.

Breathing with attention stops our minds from wondering and slowly starts to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, whilst also shutting down the ego and drawing the mind inside of the body.

After we have reached a state of calm, we will then further push the mind inside the body by moving through a Kundalini Yoga class, moving conscious energy up and down the chakras with focused breathing and asanas that energise and align the chakras, this allows us to further move into the body and start to feel where we are holding our tension.

After we have moved through the chakras and found our tension we will then move into our yin yoga practice, moving deeper into the body, we hold these asanas for longer, easing the fascia surrounding the muscles, tendons and ligaments, this part of the session is by far the most challenging, as the ego will want to creep back into the conscious mind, but our deepening into the body will make this easier to control.

After this we move into a relaxing Savasana before entering our Yoga Nidra, at the same time entering into the conscious massage. As we move through the massage, I guide you through the body with voice and touch as we carry on the (pranayama) breathing. At the end of the session the body and mind is completely relaxed.

Not always but, this type of immersive experience can bring up emotional and physical release. This is completely normal and will be discussed before the session takes place, I will hold space for you if this is the case, I myself have experienced this type of release and it is one of the most ecstatic experiences I’ve had in my life. We will discuss mindful techniques to nurture yourself, before and after your experience.

This experience will be available at every venue I practice out of, please feel free to contact me and ask me any questions.

The session is 2HRS 30 minutes long.
