we offer a guided meditation session that relaxes , resets and calms the mind , perfect after a hard day or before a stressful event and maybe just because, following breathing exercises, gentle tones and soothing mantras to guide you into a blissful practice.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24hrs before the Treatment/class. Failure to do so will result in the full or partial charge of the session booked.
