Service Description

Using an array of massage methods gathered over time, I offer a targeted pain relief massage, carefully releasing trigger points in the body and manipulation of the deep fascia in the body. I am an ongoing student in sports and remedial massage, also in the relatively new study of myofascial release. This technique leaves you feeling deeply grounded and with more range of movement in the affected regions of the body.
