Using modern techniques, I target the back, neck and shoulders in common problem areas caused by modern day life. Computer screens, tv's, mobile phones, stress, anxiety, depression, lifestyle life situations and so on. All these things contribute to pain and tension in the shoulders, left un-checked this can lead to postural imbalances over time, which in turn causes bigger problems leading to doctors appointments, possibly pharmaceutical intervention. Being one of those people that has gone through this process I know how important it is to maintain posture in the whole body, not just the shoulders. This massage will leave you completely relaxed with a greater range of movement in the back, neck and shoulders.
